Styrar, Felagar, and Donaraz are separate products with their own sites and their own terms. An account or subscription there is governed by that product. These terms govern services you buy from Athom.Agency, including orders placed through checkout on this site or through an AI shopping agent.

The free checkers on this site (DNS, email, crawler, and redirects) are tools, not paid services.

A quotation is valid for 60 days, unless it says otherwise. Prices are in euros and exclude 21% VAT, unless a page or quotation states that VAT is included.

Unless a quotation lists them, presentation materials, stock photography, photo editing, travel, and transport are not included. Platform fees, domains, hosting, third-party themes, third-party apps, and advertising are separate. We are happy to arrange those for you. We then pass the supplier cost on to you, plus a small management fee, apart from the service fee.

Services on the services page have a published price, scope, and turnaround. Paying through checkout is the order. Work starts when we confirm the order in writing. Email is enough.

Each delivered service includes two rounds of feedback. Extra guidance, further rounds, or a change in concept or design is charged at €120 per hour, excluding VAT. If the assignment changes during the work, we send an adjusted estimate before we continue.

Work on a custom project starts when we have your written acceptance of the quotation, including acceptance in the digital quotation. The person who signs confirms they are allowed to bind the organisation.

Unless the quotation says otherwise, you pay 30% before we start and 70% when the work is complete. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

If a business client does not pay within that term, they are in default without a further reminder. From that moment we charge statutory commercial interest under article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code, and the client bears the extrajudicial collection costs.

You supply images and text digitally. We plan the work around the materials and decisions you send.

During a project we expect a reply within 4 working days. If we hear nothing for 10 working days, we may pause the project and move the timeline. Delay caused by that pause is not our responsibility. Restarting depends on availability.

We may work with third parties. When we do, we tell you in advance. Their terms apply to their part of the work.

Athom.Agency keeps the copyright in work created for the project, unless we agree otherwise in writing. In either case we may show that work in our own communication and portfolio. You receive the usage rights described in the quotation once the related invoices are paid.

Both sides treat project information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without prior written consent, unless the law requires it. This continues after the project ends.

Our total liability for direct damage is limited to 80% of the invoice value of the relevant project, or of the part of the project the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.

This limit does not apply where Dutch law does not allow a limitation, including intent, gross negligence, or injury to a person.

We are not liable for writing or spelling mistakes on websites you publish. That includes product prices and promotional discounts that you supply or approve. We are also not liable if we make a mistake on your store, for example in a price, discount, or piece of text we place there.

We process personal data as described in the privacy policy. When we process personal data for you, you are the controller and Athom.Agency is the processor. If the work needs it, we put a processing agreement in place.

Refunds and cancellations are set out in the refund and return policy. If you buy as a consumer, the statutory withdrawal right in that policy prevails over a stricter cancellation term.

If a business client stops a custom project after accepting the quotation, the accepted amount remains due, including third-party costs already incurred, such as platform, domain, hosting, and advertising costs.

Dutch law governs these terms and every agreement with Athom.Agency. Disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam, the district where Athom.Agency is registered.
