The form asks for your name, email, phone number, a short topic, and a message. We use them to reply and, if the conversation continues, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is steps toward a contract, and our interest in answering you.

Messages are delivered through Sequenzy, from [email protected], with the reply address set to [email protected].

Checkout runs through Stripe or Moneybird. Which one depends on the product. An order through an AI shopping agent is paid through Stripe. We receive what we need to deliver the service: who ordered, which service, and how to reach you.

We do not store card numbers. Moneybird and Stripe are responsible for the payment data they process under their own terms.

The DNS, email, crawler, and redirect checkers use the domain or URL you submit to run that check. We do not build a marketing profile from those lookups.

The site asks before it sets analytics cookies. If you accept, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) and Google Analytics to see how the site is used. If you decline, those tools do not store cookies. To choose again, clear the site data for athom.agency and the banner returns.

The choice itself is stored in your browser so we can respect it on the next visit.

Contact and checker forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to cut down spam. Cloudflare processes that check as its own service. The site is hosted on Railway.

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms. We use the chat to respond.

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle the request and any project that follows. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 7 years, the Dutch tax retention period. Analytics follows the retention settings of PostHog and Google Analytics.

We do not sell personal data. We share it with suppliers only so they can do their part: Sequenzy for email delivery, Stripe or Moneybird for checkout, invoicing, and payment (which one depends on the product), Cloudflare for Turnstile, Railway for hosting, and PostHog and Google for analytics when you have accepted cookies.

When we process personal data on your behalf, for example inside a store we build or maintain, you are the controller and Athom.Agency is the processor. We set up a processing agreement when the work requires one.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest. Email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Styrar, Felagar, and Donaraz publish their own privacy notices on their own sites. This policy covers athom.agency and services you buy from Athom.Agency.
