Donaraz

Product of Athom.Agency

Run promotions. Manage claims. Orchestrate fulfillment.

Donaraz is a multi-tenant platform for brands and operators to configure campaigns, collect and review consumer claims, manage shipping, and bill subscriptions — all from a single staff dashboard.

Why we built it.

Running a product promotion that requires proof — a photo, a serial number, a receipt — creates real operational load. Most teams default to spreadsheets, manual email threads, and one-off forms that break under volume.

Donaraz separates the consumer-facing claim experience from back-office operations, and connects both to a versioned private API. Brands configure promotions with date bounds, eligibility rules, and geo settings. Consumers submit claims through a localized public flow. Staff review, approve, and track fulfillment from a purpose-built dashboard.

The result is one platform for campaign configuration, claim review, shipping integrations, billing, and first-party analytics — scoped per company so every operator works in their own clean environment.

What Donaraz does.

Six integrated capability areas, from campaign setup to post-fulfillment analytics.

Promotions.

Configure campaigns with start/end dates, eligibility conditions, product scoping, optional serial validation, and geo activation. Each promotion is independently versioned so you can iterate without disrupting live claims.

Claims.

Consumer submissions become operational records with a full lifecycle: pending, approved, declined. Staff can tag, annotate, open threaded conversations, and push to shipping — all in one view.

Public experience.

A localized, locale-prefixed consumer flow for submitting claims — including file uploads and form validation. The public app is deliberately thin: it talks only to the private API, with no direct database access in the public bundle.

Shipping & tracking.

Carrier integrations for fulfillment and real-time tracking updates push status back into the claim record so staff and consumers stay in sync without manual follow-up.

Customer support.

Built-in support tools let staff communicate directly with consumers inside the claim record — no external helpdesk needed. Conversations stay attached to the claim they belong to.

Voucher gifts.

Reward consumers with vouchers as part of a promotion or claim resolution. Issue, track, and manage gift vouchers without leaving the platform.

Gift stock management.

Track physical gift inventory directly in the platform. Stock levels update as claims are fulfilled so you always know what's available and can act before you run out.

Analytics.

First-party session and event data built into the platform. No third-party tracking required — metrics live alongside the claims and promotion data they describe.

Built to trust.

Multi-tenant & RBAC

Every company gets its own isolated namespace. Role-based access control means staff see exactly what they should — nothing more.

Custom domains

The public claim experience runs on your brand's own domain. Consumers see your URL, not ours.

Integrations

Connect with Styrar for social publishing, Google Analytics, PostHog, Meta Pixel, X Pixel, and Pinterest Pixel for marketing attribution — so your promotion data sits alongside the tools your team already uses.

Built for.

Brand & marketing teams

Configure campaigns, set eligibility rules, activate by market, and track claim volume — without filing a dev ticket for each change.

Operations & CX

A single claim queue to review, approve, decline, tag, and communicate — with shipping status flowing back automatically so nothing falls through.

FAQ.

Why is the public app separate from the dashboard?

Separating the consumer-facing surface from staff operations keeps the public bundle thin and limits the attack surface. The public app has no direct database access — it communicates only through the private API.

How do multi-country promotions work?

Promotions can be geo-activated per market. The public experience is locale-prefixed, so consumers get the right language and legal copy without any extra configuration on their end.

Can we run multiple brands on one installation?

Yes. Donaraz is multi-tenant by design. Each company has its own scoped configuration — custom domain, branding, claim-form defaults, billing — fully isolated from other tenants.

What happens after a claim is approved?

Staff can push approved claims to fulfillment via carrier integrations. Tracking updates flow back into the claim record automatically, keeping both staff and consumers informed.
